What a pleasant stay, no complaints. Clean place, good service, amazingly kind and amicable staff. Spotlessly clean and brand-new rooms for ac unit. A lot of delicious food at breakfast time. Modern hotel in a favourable position close to the mosaic museum. Again, walking distance to a sprawling museum.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, my first choice in Gaziantep. Fairly large and clean venue with a great value and amazingly kind staff. Breakfast with cheese and local foods, as example. Marvellous setting, adjacent to taxi to the castle as well as the castle. Also, in the nicest area...

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The spa and gym facilities were free to use, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which was perfect for someone like me with allergies. The location was convenient and only a short taxi ride away from the city center. The breakfast was excellent and the overall experience was enjoyable.
While the bathroom was clean, there was a weird smell of bad cabbage. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly.
